Why is my husband still friends with a woman who is in love with him?

This woman is in love with him but he still remains friends with her and goes out with her. Why would a man do this? He denies being in love with her and told me he just sees her as a friend. Does he secretly have feelings for her too? I’m not talking about an affair, I just mean does he care about her more than he is telling me, like does he emotionally care for her if he is doing this? I’m not talking about affair, just the emotional side of things?

If he sees her as a friend, then he probably cares about her in the same way you would care for one of your friends. Now if he's out with her more than he's with you then that might be worth worrying about.
