She was pretty awesome. Her "getting away" was life changing and made me grow up. That was many years ago. The story is long and sorted and I could write a book about it.

here's one story...it was a long time ago in junior high (1980s). a girl i went to school with had a huge crush on me. i really had no interest in her other than maybe being friends. at one of our school dances her best friend approached me and offered to give me a dollar if i danced with her....lo, yeah a dollar. i said no that's not necessary but i will dance with her (it was a slow song). she wasn't a bad looking girl, but i wasn't into her body type. but she had an amazing personality. but i wouldn't pursue things knowing she had a big crush on me...fast forward to our 20s....i was out clubbing and there she was....drop dead gorgeous...holy *&^%....i asked her to dance...her answer was "no, i don't think so"...i was crushed.

A friend on here, actually. They were the most valuable connection I ever made here. But one day they just stopped talking to me and eventually blocked me without a word, for reasons I never understood. They disappeared since then, but I think about them almost every day and miss them, even though we could never be friends again if they came back. I just hope they’re safe out there and living their best life.
The woman who helped me out of my sexual disfunction.. I will always be grateful for he patience and care.

She was the first person truly loved, we lived and did everything together. We both had our issues though and she wanted to date other people, it took me years to truly move on from it.
In all honesty it's only been the past year or so that I've felt truly ready to love another person again.

A girl from high school, a woman now of course, we weren't serious until after high school though, then i ruined it, we had a few interludes but i wasn't smart enough to "hold on with both hands", as Doc Holiday (Val Kilmer), put it in the movie "Tombstone"....🥺

One that wanted to rekindle a relationship after 30 years.
Had to give her the ‘Sorry hunny…you wanted to pursue other ‘options’…’.
But god she was hot. 😌
Sigh

I've had two actually. Both parted by distance.
The first was my first, actually. We met online, got along great, and had a ton in common. I was 19 and she was 17, so she was the experienced one between us. She broke up with me when she went to join the army. There she met the man who would be her husband. She later sent me a heartfelt message that I brought a positive light into her life and showed her what love was and that she deserved it. I was both happy and envious that I wasn't the one who she chose in the end.
The second was an eight hour drive away. So much more easily done over weekends and holidays. I went to visit her and got a kidney stone and ended up medicated out of my mind the whole trip. I was told she didn't real feel the chemistry. I did not want to be that guy who creeps after the fact, so I respected her decision and stepped back. She also ended up going into the army and met her to be husband.
I guess it's for the better that I'm too old to be dating military joining age girls now, heh.

I used to think it was a guy I knew for about 7 years online. But I realize now that I probably never meant anything to him. He was just using me for company online and once his life was back on track I was of no use

yes there is but i cant give full details because they would work it out

He didn't get away, then I realised that there is a reason they should "get away" and I ended it.
Djac17 · 22-25, M
Oh I've got a couple of those. Both times they found someone else. The second one was more crushing, she was perfect.

My 46 Chevy pickup. I sold it and regretted it immediately. 😂

Big story. Ohh yes.
He's since died. Im guessing overdose, I never found out. He was the most beautiful person I'd ever seen. But also reliant on drugs. It was a mess.
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
I do not have one 😳 I would never let someone get away, i'm larger and faster than them 🐻

I used to believe in that but after dating other people, I think it was best we spilt up. I met some amazing women after her that I would have never met, if I was still with her. We almost got married but we both messed it up tbh. However, I don't regret the break up anymore.
