What is a mental handicap?
If I am slower than I used to be in mental arithmetic, is that because I am becoming handicapped or because I am not as practiced in it as I used to be?
If I have difficulty expressing myself, is it because of a mental handicap or the fact that I am over-tired from working extremely long hours?
If I look like I have a mental handicap do I actually have one?
If I am extremely intelligent but cannot express my emotions do I have a mental handicap?
Given there are theories in Autism that we are all at some point on the Spectrum, does that mean we are all mentally handicapped?

@WendyLopez43 i have been having this conversation , with another lady on here, we are both keen on the idea of consent, but wonder just WHO can consent? children, cant that is easy
