Mostly why it ended which actually sounded weird to me (the reason). Apparently she just packed up and disappeared and gave him no notice and was completely caught off guard.
Later though I found old notes about the fact they argued and her son (not his biologically) was eating all the food as a growing teen and some other things he never told me about. He did mention she had a spending problem. And he won’t admit it but he has a hoarding problem she wasn’t happy about. So I suspect it couldn’t have been THAT much of a shock.
