Do Swingers Have The Most Successful Marriage

The couples I’ve seen that dabble in it haven’t been successful. One couple - the wife was constantly pushing the boundaries which turned her husband into a crazy person. Another couple - the girl was just trying to be the “cool wife” but wasn’t really into it and she felt like she wasn’t enough for him - leading to their split.

Just seems like too much damn drama for me. While the idea is intriguing, I’d rather just mess around with my person and have fun with that. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Old fashioned cheating is far superior and much classier

Depends on the agreements they make.
But at one point or another someone will get jealous. But all the joy to the ones that enjoy it.

It's a two-edged sword. It can make a good marriage even stronger, but it can shatter one that is struggling to begin with.

Swinging has nothing to do with making a marriage successful. It's actually the other way around. You need a strong marriage to make the whole swinging experience; or any variation of an open relationship, work for everyone. Otherwise it's just a recipe for disaster.

It depends. Some are close or remain close. but there is a common belief / maybe knowledge that the possibility of falling in love with other people increases due to high turnover of sexual partners / odds of equal or greater chemistry.

The truth is very few couples have a strong enough self confidence or relationship to continue this lifestyle long term.
