What if she is just being nice

I got played like that once. Back in college, I had a girl who would stay up late in the library just to speak to me even when she would have a paper due. She once winked at me. Thought she liked me. Went ahead and gave her a shot. We almost never spoke again. We def. never hung out again.

those days,one of my friends (Anna) asked me to see my chats with her (Sarah). Within a few seconds, she told me, "don't talk to her." She did not explain much. Of course, I did not listen and waited the entire summer of 2017 for school to reconvene, hoping things would change. But no.
