I Hate When I Make Typos

"Hate" is too strong a word! Some of SW's headings are far too binary.

Like most people, probably, I do commit typing errors and some do slip through - but though I become irritated, I do not "hate" myself for it.

I agree, we must with old the word hate for the really hateful things, evil things. If you use it indiscriminantly, it loses its meaningful impact!

@samueltyler2 Sadly, that's happening to many words nowadays. I have the impression that in English-speaking countries anyway, no-one these days is taught to understand words, needing a little, basic etymology; beyond immediate, informal conversation.
