What books do you like to read?

I just finished reading The City Baker's Guide To Country Living which I thought I didn't want to finish, returned to the library, kept thinking about the story and characters and had to run back and finish it! Tonight I just finished reading Snow & Rose which is based on a little-known fairy tale called Snow White and Rose Red. Next, I'm going to read Wildwood by Colin Meloy. I think it is the first in a series. It's supposed to be like the Narnia books.

@InOtterWords Would you recommend reading it all? I've found the first 60 pages or so very enjoyable, but get the feeling that it will be like a very long Jane Austen novel.

@Harmonium1923 Really well written and structured, but I'm not sure the plot is going to move along greatly.
