What's your favourite book?

Green mile by Stephen king

If you like horror, you can try Stephen King's books unless you haven't already

The dark tower books by Stephen King.think you'd like them,it's not typical king stuff

The Divergent series, The dead [Green cover in yellow letters] (I think that's the series name is and or the forth installment of it...) The hunger games (Yes I know generic answer but it's still good to read)

For fantasy, I'd recommend the Eragon series, and the Magyk series. I'm not much of a horror aficionado, however, so I run dry there.

I also recommend 1984, although it doesn't fit into either category.

The Dark Tower series by Stephen King is an excellent fantasy/horror series.

I can't say it's my favorite book but the last book I read was Martian and it was good.

Sword Art Online: Progressive the novel not the manga.
