@DeluxedEdition Long time no see! Hope you're well

@DeluxedEdition @BritishFailedAesthetic (for the record, I'm not communist, just pointing out that using Russia as the benchmark for either economic system is absolutely useless)
@Elessar Look I'm a Blue Labour dude, so still pro capitalist but a European one, not an American one 🤭

@BritishFailedAesthetic Give me whatever they have in north Europe, I don't care what it's called. (rare Nordic(k) W btw)

@BritishFailedAesthetic Europeans are not very deep thinkers.
@hippyjoe1955 Bit rich coming from a Putin shill 🤭
hippyjoe1955 · 70-79, M
@BritishFailedAesthetic As opposed to being a fan of the guy who closed the churches in Ukraine? Yeah I'll take Putin over Zelinsky.
@hippyjoe1955 I have told you over and over again.
Zelenskyy only closed churches tied to Russia.
Russia has the Yarovaya law which restricts evangelicalism.
Christian charities operate freely in Ukraine, not so in Russia.

@BritishFailedAesthetic I don't care what Zelensky thinks the churches were doing the fact was that he closed them. Then he banned the opposition then he closed down the media. Some hero you got there.
@hippyjoe1955 Putin is the one who restricts evangelism.

@BritishFailedAesthetic NOPE!!!!! Nice of you to play along. 70% of Russians go to church on a regular basis. How is Christianity doing in Britain?
@hippyjoe1955 The church my wife and I go to is jam packed in an auditorium with three services.
The lamestream media apply the decline in the Church of England to all churches, when solid, biblical churches are actually doing well.
So how ABOOT that? 🤭

@BritishFailedAesthetic I am from Alberta not Ontario. Only Ontario says aboot. If you think I am impressed by your church you are sadly mistaken. I was talking about national percentage. You and 2% of Brits go to church. Ooooo I am impressed. NOT!
@hippyjoe1955 Few there be that find it.
Skrry but waving incense around and dangling a portrait of Mary around isn't worship.

@BritishFailedAesthetic I have no trouble with the Orthodox Church. One of my son's converted to Orthodoxy and his nephew my grandson became a Christian in the Orthodox Church. I am free to go to their services and can follow what they are doing and why. I have also taken a course in Orthodoxy so I am rather familiar with the practices. They are Christians and very different from the Catholic tradition which I do have issues with.
@hippyjoe1955 Ask your son about how to get saved.
"I am being saved yesterday, today and tommorow".
Their soteriology is problematic.
