How much would you pay for a book?

I know people need to make a living off them but ffs anything over $30 is ridiculous. I rather buy them used for a couple dollars.

I paid $45 for a used book off of amazon that included postage and handling. I could have got a newer copy in hardcover much cheaper but I really wanted that issue.
