I couldn't get through chapter 1 of American Gods because it triggered what I can only describe as "a mild case of PTSD" from working in a prison. The system is beyond fucked up.
@Doomflower I hear you. I worked for a short time at a juvenile justice detention center. Those violent kids need help badly and right now. Before they graduate and become professionals.
