What are some interesting books you might recommend me?

Though I must stipulate no James Patterson or any generic police novel. Other than that, anything is welcome.

Currently reading Gladwell's latest, The Bomber Mafia, which I received for Christmas. As with all of his books, fascinating the way he weaves a multitude of things together to explain what happened. His non-fiction beats most fiction these days as far as story-telling goes.
