How do you pronounce February?

My office got into an argument on the proper way to say February. Half of us, myself included, pronounce the first 'r' the other half say that's wrong and the first 'r' is dropped. I know both ways are acceptable. How do you say it?

Feb-ru-ary is the traditional pronunciation.
However, people have been using Feb-u-ary for many years as well.
Dictionaries recognize BOTH pronunciations.
As you said, both are now accepted (and if you know that both are accepted, why are you arguing about which is proper).....i.e., they are BOTH proper.
I pronounce the first “r” and say it as Feb-ru-ary (but have no problem with those using another accepted pronunciation).

@DragonFruit We work in an office and need something to do other then listen to people yell at us over the phone so we yell at each other instead.
