Fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞🤞

It’s been two months of hives that have progressed to include shortness of breath and random lip and eyelid swelling despite four Allegra, ten benadryl, a pepcid, and topical creams every single flipping day, and they finally gave up hope it’s going to resolve on its own. The labs ordered look like everything but the kitchen sink so I can hope they shed some light, but it sounds like it’ll be a surprise if they do. Just bizarre. Have to say, though, even if it doesn’t quite kill the itch, with that much benadryl on board, I haven’t been this relaxed in years. Silver linings. 😂

You need to be carrying an Epi pen. I hope your physician has prescribed it. If not, ask! Shortness of breath, hives, and swelling should be taken extremely seriously. If you're seeing your regular GP and aren't getting satisfactory answers, please have them refer you to a specialist.
