Aren't they neat?! They have them for paper and fabric too.
I only tried them once or twice before I lost interest; my sister still uses them with her students for their design a t-shirt class.

Puffy pens habe been around for years, especially in the clothes art domain .

Kinda weird, but they add dimension.
