As a Canadian I am not sure I have actually been anyone wear the "Canadian Tuxedo" since the 90s when everyone was for awhile.

Unless we are talking about out in the bush we're layers of tough fabric is just practical.

I do find what passes for low rise jeans now funny having been in my 20s in the 2000s.
