The gym is really dead on Sunday mornings. I can tell by their empty parking lot as I sit in Wendy's drive thru ordering a dreamsicle frosty.

Crap. Now i know the empty time. Said i would start if i could figure that out.

My best workouts have always been on the weekends, nowhere near as busy. I had to skip out this weekend due to an injury but weekends are the BEST gym days.
