I Have Random Thoughts

Do you have times when you wish you could just shut down?
Shut down your mind, shut down your thoughts, shut down your emotions.
Do you wish you could rest in utter silence, a silence devoid of all thoughts and emotions?

I often feel like that! Usually in the middle of the night when I can't sleep because my mind is racing and my emotions are running on over drive!
