I Have Random Thoughts

Sometimes I wonder if it is our own doing why some people treat us in such a negative way? Did we give them the authority to disrespect or give them the go ahead sign to offend us just because we didn't say "hey it's not ok!" Because we need to pretend that it doesn't bother us.
Hmm.... I wonder....
