I Have Random Thoughts

My boyfriend was looking into my eyes for the longest time. Seemingly lovingly. He asked "you know what goes through my head sometimes?" I expected him to say how cute I was or whatever. He then says "it's how badly I want to hit you sometimes. When you get an attitude. But I don't because I love you." I guess that passes for romance now 🤔
