I set a more realistic goal for walking, 10,000 steps. It felt doable.

I was hoping for 20,000, but I got 17,164. I’m calling that a win.

It told me “good job,” and honestly… that gave me a little..'aweee ty' 🥹 moment.

I think my record was around 30,000 in one day. Doesn't happen often.
10k is a good number for daily walking.
