A little better today. Not 100%, but better.

Still getting a bit woozy moving around, so I think I’m taking one more day.
Feels weird to slow down, but I know I need it.
My body is tired. My mind is too.

But the sun’s out. It’s warmer.
And somehow that makes everything feel just a little better.
