I have no clue what I tripped on.

Once upon a Saturday morning, a woman named..Let’s leave names out of this..managed to trip over absolutely nothing, twice, before her first cup of coffee was even finished. Not a cord, not a rug, not even a sock. Just…air. Oxygen betrayed her ankles.

She was the kind of person who could get a paper cut from a banana peel and once sneezed herself right off a step. Yet somehow, she strutted through life with the unbothered grace of a cat who absolutely meant to fall off the counter.

Her knees? Constantly bruised. Her elbows? Always in a state of mystery injury. And yet, she walked. No!, pranced. Like a clumsy ballerina raised by a family of blind golphers.

When people asked how she stayed upright, she’d just smile and say,
“Oh, I don’t walk. I bounce and hope for the best.”

And bounce she did, right into life’s next adventure, probably headfirst, but always with a smile. Kinda.

Have a good day y'all

One expression I find myself saying is "It's always the little things that trip you up" but in this case I'd have to rephrase it as "Sometimes it the nothing that trips you up".
I'm glad bandages weren't required.
