Driving in silence

I always had to listen to some kind of music while driving but for the past couple of months I've been driving in complete silence. I've been telling myself it's just my preferences are changing and I don't mentally feel any different but is this a sign of something?

Professional truck driver here. about 80% of the time I have nothing but the noise of the road in my ears. It is a nice little disconnect from All the audio stimulants we are subjected to every day.

@beaglehunter I’ve only been at it for 7 but I’m burning out, mostly due to the “drivers” these cdl factories put behind the wheel
