No...... But dad said it would be OK.... And he knew a guy who had a brother who's wife sister was sleeping with the husband of a lady who's had an aunt and her granddad knew the guy who used to issue the permits before they went computerised... And he said it was probably OK for me not to have permit because it would be lost when the old record house burnt down just after i installed the server for the new computer system.... Maybe I did need the electrical installation permit lol. !
