Why not just say "I wonder what men think about MY legs"?...that would be the right thing to say, to be honest at least. Otherwise, no picture would be necessary...hopefully men would know what "legs" are ...

Is it necessary to comment to her about something you clearly just wanted to pick a fight about. If you don't like it move on. Don't tell her how to respond or that she had some obligation to correct the ones complimenting her legs.
