Next year I will be 60 years old.

Damn it.At that rate it will be 5 more years until I am officially considered a senior citizen. It's bad enough on my hospital paperwork they have me classed as an elderly male soon it will be oh so official. Seeing that on my paperwork made me want to shoot laser beams from my eyes.

You can age in self-destructive or self-building way. Just make sure your soul stays young and that you have some humor for the hard moments. Some people look better at 60 than at 20, especially if they took time to take care of their figure with exercise, sleep, and clean nutrition. But don't go all mechanical about it - life can be exciting and beautiful at any age! :)
