What is your go-to instant noodles?

It's late at night and I'm craving instant noodles. Korean noodles got me in a chokehold for years now especially Shin seafood ramyun and Carbonara buldak ramen (even if it makes me feel like my mouth's on fire 😭). Indomie Mi Goreng is third and I unintentionally convert my grandpa, now he's a fan of it lmao. What's yours?

sadly i shouldnt eat gluten anymore so I occasionally make ramen noodles with gf buckwheat soba noodles or lotus foods rice ramen. thy dont come with a flavor packet so i use my own mushroom powder as a base. i like to add egg whites to it and make soup, sometimes ill add a little frozen corn and chili paste.
