I sneezed and coworker said " bless you" my mind just went blank. I got nothing. Finally I say.. you too!

so glad everyone about gone now and I finish the work night alone.

I usually say "thank you". I always say Gesundheit when someone sneezes, cuz that's what my fam always said, and it has no religious implications which some may be sensitive to.
