Some do, but not that many.
What I observe in groups is that if one person shows annoyance or irritation, the one on the receiving end will often retaliate in kind and it can quickly escalate to the point where they no longer like each other, try to avoid each other as much as possible, or avoid flammable topics. I see it more among men or if one of the two is an alpha female.
In general, unless it is to assert a boundary, it's usually not wise to show annoyance or irritation.
