Genuine question…who picks the colour?

There’s an advert on tv for hair dye starring a blind chick. She goes on about how her hair feels but her hair is bright orange…who picked that for her?? Drives me mad every time it’s played

There's a sort of machine used to tell you whichcolor things are. I can't actually give you any more details than that, I just know bc of some tv program from almost 2 decades ago
