For some reason, I keep thinking I'm gonna get hit by a plastic bag with groceries in it or I'm gonna get hit by a vehicle while crossing the road.

What's going on?

Look both ways when crossing....the chances of being hit by a grocery bag are infinitesimal in comparison...you're just caught in a moment ,like the U2 song
