People who hold grudges become very bitter people too bitter to be around.
@cherokeepatti Kindness is a beautiful thing, I'm sure she was so grateful for your words and compliments. I remind myself every day when something doesn't go right, that we are all a work in progress and none of us are perfect.

@sensualbeauty1 I found a good opportunity to compliment her and why not, it’s not easy to lose weight when a person has been overweight all their adult life. Another thing my ex put her down for was her weight, she was tall but overweight. Just sad she got cancer a few years later after doing so. I just wonder if he ever has a moment of regret for the nasty way he treated her.
@cherokeepatti That's quite an accomplishment especially if one is overweight most of their adult life. The compliments were well deserved. Yes it's so sad, I truly abhor that word "Cancer" I've got a close family member fighting it right now and it's scary to know we're not as invincible as we think we are. Honestly one would hope your ex will truly regret his actions one day, why hold all that bitterness in your heart?
