I Have Random Thoughts

Heavy question. Life itself is one big experience; thinking of it as a fairground ride isn't the greatest of definitions, but it's something like that. Life is a constant ride with its ups and downs and part of living is dealing with those issues that come our way. No-one would question why we have happiness, and yet life is a constant stream of things good and bad. It's the good things in life that we use as a measure to figure out the bad things; it's the good things in life that helps us to carry on. For every positive there is a negative; that's what life is, its how we manage ourselves that matters.

Because we live in a world of duality! Finding the balance and not denying all emotions is the key.

I dislike being sad but I'm grateful for the emotion so to have compassion on myself and others!

To allow to appreciate happiness and being kind. To appreciate love. To appreciate good people. To enhance the concept of love

So you can then appreciate what true happiness feels like. 💓😉
