How does your body react to stress?

Depends on the severity... sometimes, I will visibly shake... other times I get a pain flare up and neuralgia.

Eventually I get sick

I can't eat.
My body trembles to the point of "vibrating" in weird intervals.
My hands get ice cold.

Tremors

Less hunger, mild headache and poor concentration.

I break out in a rash and my muscles get even more tense than usual. 😬

My muscles get bigger...

Sleep and napping!

Yes.I recently find out I have a heart condition that could be due to stress. 😔
