Not long at all.
If I sold my house though I'd be quite well off
@SW-User never think of selling your house

@SW-User move out seems to be quite the thing. Rumour has it a house sold at the end of our road at Christmas, for just over £400,000 they've never been that before. My friend who owns a local estate agent says its all the London mob coming down with "so much money"

@SW-User 400k would buy me a 1 bed flat 🤣 fuck.
We've been told we can ask for what we want. Standard 3 bed, big though, close to 3 outstanding secondary schools, 10 min walks to 3 train stations that are 15 mins into Central London and loads of good primary schools. It's the location we've got going for us atm. The ones across the road that are smaller sold for 700-800k. If we sell I'm asking for 900k minimum and we need a new roof.

@SimplyLogicalDiscipline One day, to move
@SW-User why 🙄

@SimplyLogicalDiscipline Bigger house for less money.

@SW-User in the road my son lives in his 1 bed flat would be probably £400k. There's a two bed maisonette just up the road at £650k and the other end a three bed semi (smaller than my current 4 bed that I'd probably market at £375k) that's just gone for £1.1m
