If the line at Popeye's Chicken drive thru is down the street, does it mean that the chicken got better or the service got worse?

The service is modest at best. Never go to a chicken place during the busy hours.
And number two, this place has the absolute best chicken sandwhich right now from what I am hearing. So go there and try it out. 🤔
