I Have Random Thoughts
Being honest I thought was a good thing, lol.
Apparently being honest gets you penalized like a lot. Nothing new it’s just a thorn in the backside. If you ask for honest responses you also have to be prepared for hearing things you don’t want too, it comes with the territory. Rejection happens and handling it depends on your emotional maturity too. Calling someone a dick or a bitch or whatever reflects how mature you really are. Provided, there are certain instances where the delivery will set off these types of responses, but if done maturely and thoughtfully, then that’s not an issue. Or, it shouldn’t be anyhow.
It can hurt to be told no or things contrary to your expectations, but again it happens. Being honest has turned into something of a crime or a taboo, like it’s not ok to say no or to disagree with something that doesn’t agree with you. I don’t get this, I don’t think it’s wrong to decline things and politely so, that of which doesn’t jive with you. Ok, I’m done😜💜
