This kind of post gets circulated a lot on “pro-freedom” or “pro-liberty” pages (mostly on Facebook) and honestly it seems very hypocritical. You can’t be pro-freedom and demand people to live the life *you* think is appropriate. The whole point of freedom and liberty is to live a FREE life as long as it does not infringe on the freedom of others. Your hurt feelings do not matter in this situation. Boys wearing makeup literally hurts no one. It is a creative expression that has nothing to do with anyone but them. Even teenagers/kids deserve a certain level of creative freedom and body autonomy. Maybe consider worrying about your own life and just let people be happy.
On a side note, men have been wearing makeup for centuries. It’s not a new concept. Even the Founding Father’s of the USA wore makeup. Pretty much everyone in ancient Egypt wore makeup, male/female and rich/poor. So many cultures all throughout history normalized this. 😂

People, including me, expect to live their life in peace. It is not your place or anyone else’s to tell someone who they should be. That’s why you’re wrong. Because you’re rejecting someone for a reason that has nothing to do with you. I hate anyone that is anti-freedom. Your feelings are invalid when it starts to invalidate someone’s existence. @MrBrownstone
@666Maggotz that was well said and I agree completely . On the down side is if you don't at least accept some other lifestyles to the point of at least being able to talk with others you could wind up in a very tiny world
When did I call you a name? I said don’t be an asshole, I didn’t say you were. Your choice of living is invalid when your lifestyle invalidates another’s existence. Like I said, I hate anyone who is anti-freedom. @MrBrownstone
I accept people not infringing on the rights of others. If you’re spouting hateful or anti-freedom rhetoric, I WILL speak out against you. That’s my freedom. @MrBrownstone
I didn’t say you were but your original comment implied that you thought differently. If you believed in freedom, you would not say such things. @MrBrownstone
@666Maggotz sorry but reminds me of an old story somebody told about a person landed in this country and as he was getting off the boat he raised his arms and spread them out saying freedom at last.but as he was stretching out his arms he hit another person in the nose. The other person said freedom yes but your freedom ends where my nose begins. The story is shortened a little but the same ending.
