I Have Random Thoughts

Oatmeal for breakfast.

Greek yogurt with almonds for lunch.

Then a normal portioned dinner... (and exercise too).

This better help me lose weight. 😫

That is what I do also Breakfast Oatmeal then 2-4 hundred calories for lunch and a normal dinner. I went from 186# in Dec 17 to 158# - maintaining since October
