I Want To Write My Random Thoughts And Feelings

I admire the tenacity of Americans in challenging stupid government policies. After all, Vietnam War was ended after mass mobilizations of American citizens and ex-servicemen and women. Sadly, a subset of Americans still believe it is USA's duty to be world police. Those people now occupy the White House which is horrifying.
p.s Trump himself dodged draft citing bullshit reasons. Now he can't stop admiring shiny missiles like a 5 year old and wants a military parade.

@ChocolateBhavaa Yes, Trump, our national shame... Here's hoping we can fix our nation before it crosses the point of no return. Assuming it hasn't already. What a time to be alive, huh? Thank god for art. Seems to be the only good thing left in the world these days.

There's a letter from a White US soldier addressed to his superior where he complained about having to take shower with "negroes". Sadly such things are not taught in American schools. Instead they're brainwashed America is ALWAYS a force for good.

@ChocolateBhavaa Another thing that is not taught about is how several black soldiers who made it back home were [b]lynched[/b] by whites who didn't or couldn't serve, out of resentment.
