I don't get why in horror movies

they always do the dumbest stuff. Yeah I'd be curious if a haunted house was stalking me too but I wouldn't go see it lol. At any rate I would just ignore it and it would make for a great starter conversation:

"Why don't you watch Tv or have a phone or you know any electricity.. are you Amish?"

"Oh you know a haunted house set in an alternative universe is stalking me so I just ignore it."
