@SW-User well I applaud you. Its easier to stay in your comfort zone than come out and try something new.

It took me a long time to finally achieve the growth that I sought but having gotten it it's the best feeling, so go for it ☺

sigh the problem is that i want to get home watch my favorite show and just relax.... instead i have to keep working tired... gotta give up 2 hrs of nicely resting in bed 😭😭😭@SagePoet

@SagePoet and how did you achieve your growth

there's a lot to my story, I realized I was carrying around excess baggage that my folks instilled in me and upon looking at that stuff it was all negative and it literally stunted my growth so,I had to tackle it and get rid of it, a good therapist for about 10 weeks did the trick. Then I used my spirituality to help me hear what the universe was telling me and I just lived for God and not for me. I took "me" out of the equation, and the rest was the desire to finally not just say I want to change but actually do what it takes.@SW-User
