I sold my soul after playing with tarot cards
SW-User
@saintsong mmmmmmm tarot cards are just papers cards. I'm a tarot reader by the way and don't see anything bad with it I know I love God and tarot cards only develop intuition. It's been 9 years since I started studying. Even the devil card is about being a slave of materialism, sex, etc. And the star is about healing process like the temperance. The pope or hierophant is about spirituality and following traditions.
Don't be so hard to yourself.

@SW-User I started hearing demons after one month of playing with them every day.....I wasn't hard on myself, satan was, it was him who told me I sold my soul.....But than Jesus Christ Redeemed me....You cannot drink from the cup of the lord and dine with demons at the same time. Do you really want to become schizophrenic? I would suggest you burn your cards it's the right thing to do, and never play with that pack of lies again.

@saintsong seems to me your mental condition has nothing to do with it. I've known tarot readers reading 30 and more years without happening anything like that.

I'm glad you love Jesus I do too.

@SW-User Everybody knows that psychics are really just schizophrenics speaking what demons say to them.
SW-User
@saintsong not really. Things in cards aren't seen like that. And the future showed there is only potential because you create your destiny. Let's say you are involved in a bad relationship and you ask if things will get better. I've always seen spot on answers and tarot simply tells you how stuck is that person if that's the case. The person is free where are the demons here?, tarot helps you with your intuition and to understand things that most likely you already know as a gut feeling.
Or evident things like warn you against bad friends or risky situations but you decide what to do. It won't live your life at all

@SW-User It's deception a tool of the devil, Experience with it has taught me that, playing with tarot cards invites unclean spirits into your soul, at first you don't notice it, until you are completely lost, why because I played with tarot cards when I was 19......But have since then repented......I have also been stalked by a false prophet who accused me of all sorts of evil, half truths and lies, and spread lies about me, thats what psychics do, they are pure evil and from satan, take a look at that devil card one more time and tell me those cards aren't from him, disception, and you defend it, I'm not talking about it anymore, because of it I SOLD MY SOUL final answer.
SW-User
@saintsong for how long did you read the cards? Who is the prophet? And what is your religion?
saintsong · 41-45, F
@SW-User Just ask your pastor or priest if you should be playing with tarot cards and practicing christianity at the same time, ask them what could happen if you do continue to play with it?
SW-User
@saintsong God isn't like that, closed minded. Evil... What is really evil? Child abuse, wars, discrimination not the make-up demons of your mind. That's why I don't follow all the church guidelines I love God and have a personal relationship with him
saintsong · 41-45, F
@SW-User which god?
SW-User
@saintsong For me Jesus is God because he is a pure example of love. But that doesn't mean that only Christians will be saved. Because Christianity is a religion and the relationship with God is personal He sees your heart and life and accept you the way you are and doesn't exclude people for their believes or religions. Pastors and priests are only human guides. So a person may be perfectly good without having a religion.
But others just blame Satan for their own behaviors and that doesn't make sense.
SW-User
@saintsong you hardly know about tarot cards. You only know from fear. But don't worry I understand it... And go ahead thinking they are evil tools because that's what you were taught and that's in the bible if you take it literally without a second thought. There are contradictions in the Bible but I still know it can help you and guide you if you understand it with its context not literally.
I know very well what is real evil in this life...

@SW-User Question: "What is the Christian view of psychics / fortune tellers?"

Answer: The Bible strongly condemns spiritism, mediums, the occult, and psychics (Leviticus 20:27; Deuteronomy 18:10-13). Horoscopes, tarot cards, astrology, fortune tellers, palm readings, and séances fall into this category as well. These practices are based on the concept that there are gods, spirits, or deceased loved ones that can give advice and guidance. These “gods” or “spirits” are demons (2 Corinthians 11:14-15). The Bible gives us no reason to believe that deceased loved ones can contact us. If they were believers, they are in heaven enjoying the most wonderful place imaginable in fellowship with a loving God. If they were not believers, they are in hell, suffering the un-ending torment for rejecting God’s love and rebelling against Him.

So, if our loved ones cannot contact us, how do mediums, spiritists, and psychics get such accurate information? There have been many exposures of psychics as frauds. It has been proven that psychics can gain immense amounts of information on someone through ordinary means. Sometimes by just using a telephone number through caller ID and an internet search, a psychic can get names, addresses, dates of birth, dates of marriage, family members, etc. However, it is undeniable that psychics sometimes know things that should be impossible for them to know. Where do they get this information? The answer is from Satan and his demons. “And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve” (2 Corinthians 11:14-15). Acts 16:16-18 describes a fortune teller who was able to predict the future until the apostle Paul rebuked a demon out of her.

Satan pretends to be kind and helpful. He tries to appear as something good. Satan and his demons will give a psychic information about a person in order to get that person hooked into spiritism, something that God forbids. It appears innocent at first, but soon people can find themselves addicted to psychics and unwittingly allow Satan to control and destroy their lives. Peter proclaimed, “Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour” (1 Peter 5:8). In some cases, the psychics themselves are deceived, not knowing the true source of the information they receive. Whatever the case and wherever the source of the information, nothing connected to spiritism, witchcraft, or astrology is a godly means of discovering information. How does God want us to discern His will for our life? God’s plan is simple, yet powerful and effective: study the Bible (2 Timothy 3:16-17) and pray for wisdom (James 1:5).
