So if I stayed up all night, would I have felt myself getting sick? 馃

When you lay down, your fluids end up being distributed to different places, when you get congested, your sinuses and lungs get more full when you're laying down than when sitting upright or standing, making you feel more sick.

When I wake up congested, i usually go to work (don't spend a perfectly good day off being sick) because i know I'll feel better about 30 min after i get up and take a couple Tylenol.

To answer your question, you would have likely felt something coming on had you stayed up all night, but it probably wouldn't have felt as bad .

...unless its COVID. I had it around this time last year. I felt it coming on and about 45 min later, i was sick as a dog and bedridden ...

@Ashly I'm not a doctor or anything or scientist. This is just based on my own personal experience. Thanks for your reply
