Is it usually the content that attracts you to comment on any question, or the user?

I comment on a lot of things, it's not usually because of any particular user.

I do try to make a point of participating in my friend's posts.

When it's busy, I'd say I often filter by user (mostly friends), then content... unless the subject/question line catches my attention.

When it slows down I often read most everything regardless of user.

More so the content. There's not a lot of good content though.
