Those in the US or Canada, ever seen such a plug type where one pin is bigger than the other?!! This will never fit in any adapter i have for US plug type .. is this a faulty product or what exactly..🤷♀️

@HootyTheNightOwl It is a US product. Why havevyoy been trying to find info and what is it that you could not find? I easily found so many adapters after i learned about its name.
