Guns don't kill people it's crazy people with guns that kill people. Simply do background checks and mental evaluations and drug test before giving out guns

We have background checks now. A family member can't even send you a gun via UPS or Fed-Ex without it going to a gun dealer first and you paying a fee. It is not about safety it is about MONEY. France had the most stringent gun control laws on the planet and it didn't keep Paris from being shot up. There is a flaw in background checks. HIPAA laws prevent medical professionals from revealing patient information. Guess we need to change those first.
