Can you imagine being a tree?

I think of it as being buried underground with only your arms standing tall out of the ground.

I feel the weather on my arms, birds standing on my fingers sometimes. Little mammals burrowing in my elbow joints as harsh weather strikes my forearms.

My hands eventually grow tired and slowly limp. My elbows gradually giving way until they lay flat on the dirt around me give shelter to other smaller living things.

Think about it.

No sorry, That's pretty morbid. No I can't imagine that. Starving to death and being eaten alive.
GuyWithOpinions · 31-35, M
@Blaz3 its pretty common worldwide 🤷‍♂
I'd love to be a tree in a world without humans and chainsaws. They communicate with their fungi root systems and leaves. Warn each other and exchange information and useful minerals

I live inside a hollow tree, does that count?
